Material Handling

Material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach lifts, and walkie stackers, is used to move materials and equipment. These machines are commonly used in warehouses, construction sites, and other industrial settings to transport heavy loads like pallets and boxes. Telehandler reach forklifts are also available for use on rough or uneven terrain, such as in agricultural settings.

Aerial Work

Aerial equipment is helpful in construction, tree trimming, maintenance, manufacturing, and agriculture to safely access high places. Aerial work platforms, which usually consist of a hydraulic lift system mounted on a trailer or truck, make possible tasks, like power line work, painting, crop maintenance, and installing equipment on structures like buildings and bridges.

Heavy equipment rentals in Hanford, such as dozer crawlers, excavators, and skid steers, are often used in construction and excavation projects for clearing dirt, grading, and loading materials. Backhoes and wheel loaders are common choices for digging and moving earth or transporting materials. This earth moving equipment is essential for completing many tasks efficiently on these types of projects.

Compaction equipment, like trench rollers and drum rollers are used to make the ground stable and able to support new structures. This is important to avoid sinking, settling, or collapsing. In Hanford’s hot and dry climate, the soil may become compacted, so handheld jacks may be used to break up the ground for construction and agriculture projects.

Generators and Light Towers

Light towers are temporary lighting solutions used for illuminating construction sites, outdoor events, or other areas where temporary lighting is required. They are generally used with and powered by portable generators, which can produce up to 50 kW of electricity and are used in areas with limited or no access to power, including during power outages or emergencies.

Trench Safety

Fences, rails, and signs are essential safety measures for protecting workers near trenches. Fences create a physical barrier around trenches to prevent falls, while rails provide stability and support for trench sides. Shoring products, such as beams and panels, reinforce trench walls and prevent collapse. These measures are important for ensuring the safety of workers in and around trenches.

Trucks and Trailers

When selecting a water truckdump truckequipment trailer, or cargo trailer, consider the size and weight of the materials and equipment to be transported. Then, factor in the terrain and conditions at the site and roads between destinations. The right equipment rentals in Hanford will make your project run more smoothly, so consider these factors before making a choice.

Portable Sanitation Site Services

To comply with OSHA regulations, it is important to properly dispose of construction debris, materials, and hazardous substances through appropriate waste management and collection services. In addition, to prevent the spread of illness among workers, ensure that adequate sanitary services, such as clean bathrooms, hand washing stations, and drinking water, are available on site.

Site Offices & Storage

Mobile offices and storage facilities can be valuable equipment rental choices in Hanford for construction and agricultural worksites. These units provide a convenient and flexible solution for organizing and storing tools, equipment, and materials, which can improve efficiency on the job site. Additionally, they offer a secure and weather-resistant place to keep valuable items, protecting them from theft or damage.

Pipeline Equipment

The equipment needed to create a pipeline depends on the conditions. Pipelayers can place pipes in trenches or on the ground using a long boom arm that can be adjusted to different heights and angles. Bending machines shape pipes, while beveling equipment creates a sloped or angled edge on the end of a pipe for welding or connecting pipes together.

Utility Equipment

Heavy equipment rentals in Hanford enable workers to access and work on hard-to-reach structures like power lines, utility poles, and streetlights. They have hydraulic boom arms with buckets or augers for digging and lifting heavy materials. Bucket trucks are used to reach high places, while digger derricks are used for tasks that involve digging holes and setting poles or foundations.

Pump Services

The Central Valley is prone to droughts, but any unpredictable weather can lead to water problems at construction sites. National Dispatching offers water management equipment rentals in Hanford to help mitigate these issues. The dewatering service uses specialized equipment to remove excess water, while the water storage and transfer equipment helps to store and move water as needed.

Compressed Air & Tools

Compressed air tools are widely used in construction automotive work due to their power and versatility. They can deliver high levels of torque, making them useful for tasks like breaking up hard materials, drilling, and screwing. They are also compatible with various attachments and have a long lifespan, making them a cost-effective choice for contractors.

Climate Control

Having supplemental climate control equipment is important for both customer comfort and the preservation of temperature-sensitive inventory. It can also improve air quality during times of poor AQI. A temporary HVAC unit can be especially useful during hot summer days or times of high humidity. And a gas or propane-power heater is helpful during power outages.

Ground Protection

Ground protection mats can be used to prevent damage to construction and agricultural land caused by heavy machinery. These mats, made from heavy-duty plastic, can support the weight and movement of large equipment. Other rubber and composite material mats can protect the ground from large crowds at events. Both create a stable surface, reducing the risk of accidents or injuries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the equipment include fuel?

The equipment rental arrives with fuel. Refueling may be necessary, and it would be your obligation to refuel. Upon returning the equipment, refueling is required; otherwise, you will be charged a refueling fee. These fees vary by region, fuel type, and sometimes the distance to your project site.

How long is each rental period?

All rentals are based upon Daily, Weekly, or Monthly shift use unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

Our double and triple-shift rate options mitigate potential over-hour charges but must be requested in advance.  We understand project requirements can change, so if you believe you may use the equipment over the allowed time, contact us ASAP so we can discuss options.
